Not responding to keyboard commands?

I've noticed another odd thing with Calibre these past few days -- it's no longer responding entirely to the keyboard commands.

Shortcuts (like CTRL+D) get no response when they are entered. I can't even use the arrow keys when editing; again, it's like I've typed nothing at all.

Everything is still working fine in every program BUT Calibre, mind. I've checked that repeatedly, and something that gets no response in Calibre works fine if I go right into another window.

Any ideas? I'm running Windows 7, and have a fairly large library...I don'r know if Calibre gets wonky with large databases.

Preferences: Keyboard (way down low).
See if the assignment is still there for your chosen function..

I would suggest a un-install and a fresh download to re-install
