Smile [Question] Was it too fast for my Kindle ?

I used the Ipad 4 charger (5v, 2.4A) for my new 7" HDX. Charging time was only about 2hr to charge to 100% from 10%.

Is there something I've to worry about? (battery/touchscreen issues, etc)

Thank you!

What do you mean by "too fast", exactly? An iPad charger is absolutely fine to use with a Kindle.

Sorry for my bad English

Which I mean, is that using another charger with higher current intensity than the convenient charger of Amazon (9W) can harm my Kindle?

Although I do have read multiple thread about this subject, I still want to know for sure

No. The current rating of a charger simply specifies the maximum current that it's able to deliver. It's the device being charged that determines the current that's actually drawn.

It's fine to use a charger with a higher current rating than the device requires, but not vice versa.
