Sigil 0.7.4 crashes
Hi folks...I have read the threads about Sigil crashes but still have not managed to understand what I need to do to make it work on my mac. I am running Lion and was using the previous version of Sigil with no issues. Now as soon as I open it, it crashes...I have three epub books ready to finished now waiting for this...HELP!!!

As far as I know, none of the 0.7.x versions of Sigil is supported on OS X 10.7 (Lion). You need Mountain Lion (10.8) or newer to run Sigil v0.7.x.

From the InstallationInstructions on the wiki

Unpack the DMG file and drag the "Sigil.app" file to your Applications folder.

I'm running Mac OS 10.7.5 on a 2.7 ghz intel core i5 and sadly 0.7.4 crashes on launch.

In the past, a kind soul on this forum made a separate build (I think that's the term) which worked like a charm. If he'd do that again, I'd be forever grateful.

Apologies if I'm using the wrong terminology for any of this!

I am using Mavericks (Mac OS 10.9) on a mac book air, and sigil 7.4 works well on this. The mac mavericks update (free) worked well for me.
