Cover won't display
I'm trying to publish a Word (2010) document as an epub file, but the first page that appears when I view the file on my iPad is the first topic listed in the TOC, not the cover. Is there some way to force the display of the first page of the document (the cover) instead of the first topic listed in the TOC? I have several pages (including the cover) that appear in the document before the TOC, just like a lot of printed books.
