Question Kobo GLO stuck downloading 50%
I clicked on sync and the GLO begun downloading the latest update. Now, it's stuck at downloading 52% and nothing I do seems to help.

The slider on top won't work and neither will the screen.

What do I do? Help !

I was able to reset the Glo with a pin and it's updating now. Problem solved !

That's happened to me, also.

I just stick a paperclip into the reset button and then turn on the sync again after the Glo restarts. The second time usually fixes this - for me.
