Yay Rakuten!

The Rakuten Eagles just won the baseball Japan Series. Usually the companies who own these teams have a big sale on their goods as a celebration. Rakuten is an online company, not a B&M store but even still. How about 30% off any purchase of a new Kobo Aura!?

Just buy those up, resell them, and then get yourself a pretty new Aura.

Glos for $40... I'm sure there is an Ebay scheme there somewhere...

They're normally only $80 in Japan so I guess it doesn't strike me as a big sale. Needless to say, they're all sold out now.

Mini being dropped? What does that mean for the Glo? An e-Ink touch screen with a frontlit screen, is a Glo named model still needed? The Aura models could have been Glos but aren't.

Luck;
Ken

I no longer think so - it is again for sale at £30 in the UK, it must be the fourth time in this year alone :-)
