Moon+ reader formatting drop caps

After trying out most readers available for Android I think I want to settle on Moon+ Reader (I bought the Pro version) due to the customisation and syncing, page animations, it doesn't freeze up when importing 1000+ books (unlike Aldiko), stats, time left in book etc. but it still bugs me that it cannot handle things like drop caps.

example compared to other readers:

Aldiko:

Mantano:

Moon+

What ever I try in the settings (CSS on /off etc) I can't get Moon+ to look as nice as the others. Does anyone have a suggestion?

When I first got my android tablet I tried several of the readers and settled on Moon+ to the point I bought the paid version. Since then I've dropped it, as nice as many of the features were, I just had too many books it couldn't format properly. Currently using Mantano mostly as it seems to format the most of my books properly but the interface for it is really bad. I have yet to find a good reader on android that I'm happy with. It is enough to almost make me go write my own.

I't's pretty annoying that every book reader available has some kind of make-or-break limitation.

Have you tried viewing the page in preview mode. This mode is where moon uses the default home render and not is own.
I've found that mode to work for most the drawback is you cannot annotate in that mode.
