Font and size
I just did an update to my Mac. When I opened Calibre the font looks tiny and doesn't look like the same font.

What is the default Font and size?

You Updated: Calibre? Normally you don't need to do anything, but sometimes....

Preferences:look and feel:Interface font <choose a font and size> click the button, then restart

I had an update to my Mac. I know where to change the font, just wanted to know what the default font and size are.

There is no default, the default size and font used come from whatever your system says should be the default.

I can't find any I like. Can someone with a Mac tell me what theirs is set at.

It is under Preferences, Look and Feel, listed under Interface Font. I would like the name and size. Thanks.

When I upgraded to OS X 10.9 Mavericks the other day I noticed a change in fonts and font-sizes too. I'm using Lucida Grande regular 13. In calibre, it seems the fonts/sizes for things like button text changed, in both user interface styles (system default or calibre style).

Edit: Oops. Lucida Grande Bold Regular is better.. Definitely regular not bold.

My upgrade was also to Mavericks 10.9, The font size in Calibre was tiny, and very hard to read

Thanks I will try Lucida Grande.
