Touch CoolReader problems with screen options

Hello,
Yesterday I rooted my Nook Simple Touch Glowlight with NookManager 0.5. After root I installed Gaps and CoolReader (newest version from google play). I configure CoolReader screen settings: Screen refresh to fast mode 2 and every 10 pages. All working fine except that when Nook goes to sleep mode and I wake it up CoolReader refresh screen every single page. So I must go to options again, select difrent method to refresh (for example I must change fast mode to 2, back to options screen, change to fast mode 2 again, back, change num pages to another value, back, change num pages to desired value) then all working fine. Any solution for this?
