Error when trying to switch libraries?

When I try to move to another library, I get the following error, 'tupleindex: tuple index out of range', and when I close it, it keeps popping back up. I can force shut Calibre and restart it, and then I can access my library again, but when I try to switch - the same thing re-occurs. The details are as follows:

calibre, version 1.6.0
ERROR: Unhandled exception: <b>IndexError</b>:tuple index out of range

calibre 1.6 isfrozen: True is64bit: False
Windows-7-6.1.7601-SP1 Windows ('32bit', 'WindowsPE')
('Windows', '7', '6.1.7601')
Python 2.7.5
Windows: ('7', '6.1.7601', 'SP1', 'Multiprocessor Free')
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "site-packages\calibre\gui2\library\models.py", line 930, in headerData
File "site-packages\calibre\db\view.py", line 190, in index_to_id
IndexError: tuple index out of range

Any ideas please? I don't want to have to delete my other library!
