Some bells and whistles

Apologies if something was already mentioned someplace, I did search but did not turn up any posts.

I've been trying to find if I overlooked some functionality, but I don't think so. So what I am dearly missing is some type of indication when browsing an OPDS catalog if the book is

a: already in my library (but not necessarily from the same source)
b: downloaded if you just downloaded it.

I realize that a: may be less successful due to that meta information in Marving may already have been changed with respect to the book listed on the feed, making an identification more difficult if there is nothing which serves as internal id.

But b: should not be too difficult as that is the current session and then Marvin should definitely know which books I just downloaded. And since the same book may turn up in different categories when browsing a feed, it might happen I try downloading a book, only to find out I already downloaded it earlier. Yes, I know it tells me that, but its annoying to have to wait until it has contacted the site, downloaded the book and only then tell me I already downloaded it.

And just for the eyecandy part, favicons on the OPDS catalog list (and if possible the option to specify ourselves which to use if the feed does not have one of its own)
