Display difference of thread in Firefox vs Safari?

Edit: resolved.

Speaking of differences between browsers, and regarding Post 1 of the thread:

How I Manage eBooks with calibre

Does anyone know why Firefox (on OS X) displays a bunch of blank lines at the bottom of Post 1 of that thread, which are not intended by me, while Safari does not display those blank lines at the bottom? And how I can fix it for display in Firefox, without ruining display in Safari?

Blank lines? What blank lines and where? I have a feeling I'm missing something...

In Firefox on OS X, between (Links spoiler) and (Last edited by unboggling) in Post 1 of that thread, I see a bunch of blank lines. In Safari, none there.

(Edit: and thanks for the GreaseMonkey tip. I looked for it, not available as extension for Safari, just Firefox.)

I see that problem when I'm logged out. I think it's probably a hidden advertisement.

Edit: It's an advert... I see it when I disable Adblock+

Oh, I was logged out in Firefox, while logged in in Safari. Thanks, Jimmy-Jim.

Logged in on Firefox, the blank lines weren't there for me either. I won't worry about it then. It's not a problem I need to fix, which is a relief.

Edit, re advertisement. Yeah, I had AdBlock on in Safari. But I also had AdBlockPlus on in Firefox.
