"The World's Leading End to End eBook Solution Provider" is asking its customers to buy a product because they are involved in litigation? That's rather pushing it, isn't it? I would be happy to support some freeware provider - but a commercial operation? What's next? BP kindly asking us to support them by filling up today as they are involved in some major litigation because of the Gulf of Mexico?

What sense does it make for a company to bring suit against someone else while relying on customers to foot the bill for it? What if the other guy has deeper pockets? Do they then win by default? If I was going to sue someone I'd make sure that:
A) I had proof that would stand up in court that the other guy was at fault and,
B) that I had enough money to cover my legal expenses. Otherwise you're pretty much wasting your time and energy beating a dead horse.

They do make or sell (not sure which) pdf to epub which is a good program (when it works). Not every pdf converts easily though of course.
