Arrgghh not happy
set up a second kobo account to get emails etc and forgot to sign out of it just bought 2 books and they are on that one not my main one.

Have emailed Kobo and hopefully they can move the books to the other account if not what should i do?

Any ideas. I have not tried to download and put them on ereader yet as not sure if it will work. I dont use kobo desktop just do through ade

Well, if they don't do this for you, you can probably load the books as epubs.

If Adobe DRM'ed then the "license" gets applied when you initially open the ACSM file within ADE to complete the download.

My Adobe stuff is so messed up that although I authorize the computer, I now remove the drm and transfer the book using calibre. It is odd though because I have always used the same kobo account and the same adobe account, but it is still a mess. Adobe support suggested that I go back and use an older version of the ADE software to fix it.

I gave up on version 2.x of ADE as I kept having issues with device registration, and have reverted to 1.7.2

I guess at some point, I realized that I did not need to have both an archive of books with ADE DRM and another archive of the same books, but DRM free. YMMV.

all sorted had a live webchat with a fantastic guy at customer service who merged both accounts and sorted all out for me
