Where does the magic happen?
So this is where I write.....
 Starting on the left... 1st Laptop - article on how to make Thermite  2nd Laptop: CRT - Scrivener for my story notes (find it very good at that!) LCD - Chapter one of my 6th novel in MS Word Laptop Screen - Little Details Live Journal site (AWESOME site for writers by the way...) Bowl - Ice Cream Mug - Homemade Mocha So was wondering... what does your set up look like? You got a spa? Treadmill desk? Underwater secret layer? Post up! Most of my writing takes place on a netbook, on my lap, while slouched on a chair in the living room. Not much to take a photo of, especially if I'm the one taking the photo.
After the writing is done I go upstairs to the computer room, copy it to my aging IBM desktop, clean it up a bit, and then upload it to ... wherever. When I'm on MobileRead it's 50/50 as to which computer I'll be on. |

This is a quite old pic, I now have dual monitors and a completely different computer, but the same coffee cup...may have to do an updated pic. I have often done my initial draft writing -- particularly poetry -- in my journal which I then do a 'first edit' on as I type it into the computer.

Nah, his broken equipment is not my issue.
If you guys buy enough of my books though I'll send him my backup keyboard.
