Problems with sending books to kindle

Hello,
On Calibre it looks like that:
Author - Title -Serie -Index
On my Kindle it looks like that:
Series Index - Title -Autor
On the PC you could see the Author Folders
After playing with the plugin
I use:
{authors}/{author_sort} - {series} {series_index} - {title}
the folders on the PC are gone, instead I see
A - Series Index - Title (what happened to the folders?)
And on the Kindle it's always:
Series Index - Title - Autor.
But I would like it like this:
Title - Series Index - Autor.
No matter how I do it, the sequenze is always the same.
I even restarted the PC several times - no difference.
What to do?
