Books without covers

Hi Kovid,
I have noticed again the missing covers problem. I have added 1600 books to my library. About 5% of the are without covers. If I "group edit metadata" and import the covers from the books the correct covers appears.

Run calibre in debug mode and the log will probably contain information on why the covers were not imported.
