Display of existing formats

I used to be able to list the existing formats of books in my library. I have forgotten how I did that. Can anybody help me.

Thank you...........

thank you for the reply. I was, however, referring to a simple list, in calibre, of the different formats being used in the library. I can certainly do as you suggest but it drives me nuts when I used to be able to do something and, now, forget how I did it <G>

Thanks again..........
