i tried to make a recipe base on this address

works well but i can't find the good settings for special caracter é è etc
if i use tcalibre to see the résult i see that :

01/08/13 - La Direction de la Sיcuritי sociale vient de mettre en ligne l'יdition 2013 des chiffres clיs sur la Sיcu.
where all י are é or è

on my aura they are converted in square
please help

You need to enter the proper encoding

Put a line in the recipe that is
encoding = 'cp1252'

other likely encodings if 'cp1252' does not work are 'utf-8', 'latin1'
You will have to do this by trial and error
If you still cant figure it out attach the recipe in your next post and i will take a look
