Download new active content to K2/DX(G) with 3.X

This is what you do:

Buy the active content via your PC with one-click, and ask for it to be sent to your 3.X device (in my case a DXG with 3.2.1 firmware).
You will be told that you have to update it first, click OK.
Now go to your 3.X device
Enable wireless
Deregister followed by a re-register with the same name/password.
The newly purchased active content will download.
Voilà, new, running active content.
The only content I could find that did not download was content that depended on WiFi being present (AccuWeather for example).

Works for me! Assumes that you have a 3.X upgraded K2/DX(G) and you have applied the patches to enable active content (page 24 of this thread: https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=127969)
