Save to Disk Errors

Hi all,
I've searched and searched but not found anyone with my particular problem or a solution I can put in myself. Every time I try to use the 'Save to Disk' command, it works for a while, says 'collecting data' and then an error message pops up saying some couldn't be changed. However, by some it means all. None of them ever do and the error code says 'unknown'. I've tried pdf, mobi, epub. I've tried using all 4/5 of the StD commands, tried saving to different locations, nothing works. Any help would be much appreciated.
