Does an Apple Fixed Layout work on a Nook?

I do not have a Nook to see but was curious if it does or does not. If not I do want to do a childrens book and have it work properly a a Nook.

Any help?

Different standards most likely. I reckon B&N has its own format for fixed layout pages (don't they use PDF or something?).

There's a sale on Nooks right now. If you plan on creating fixed layout ebooks for the Nook, I highly suggest buying a Nook HD/HD+.
