Help with conversion failure

I tried converting this file to both epub & mobi. What should I do?

The last line leads me to believe that your original has a encoding error at position 30866 (into the azw3 source file)

The actual bug was here:

I think this is a bug already fixed in very recent versions of calibre. Please update to the very latest version of calibre and try again.
