cover.jpg & metadata.opf
Is there any underlying reason why these files could not have the same file name as the format files - e.g. Book Title - Author Name.jpg
I'm not expecting Calibre to be changed, I'm just puzzled why all the files in the book folders are not named consistently I often peruse my calibre libraries using my File Manager's Browse Flat facility, and sometimes via the Windows Library feature. For covers and metadata I have to look at the files folder path to determine which book it belongs to, it would be much easier if the cover and metadata files were named as per the format files. BR |
