RSS Link for Readability's new Top Reads

Not sure if this is the right place to post.
Instapaper and Readability have great lists of curated long form articles which are ideal for reading on e-ink devices.
The instapaper one (http://thefeature.net/) has an RSS feed so its easy to create a Calibre recipe for that.
But the Readability one (http://www.readability.com/top-reads/) does not an an RSS feed.
Anyone know the best way to grab these articles automatically?

And if anyone had a similar solution for Longform.org it would be fantastic.

Thanks for taking the time to read thiis.

Thats a brilliant list of articles and I see you can send from the page directly to the kindle.
I want to set up something automatic though and the RSS feed doesnt produce anything when copied into Calibre .....

Thanks again for the reply.
