The Escapist Magazine bug fix (attached)

I fixed a minor bug in Calibre's built-in "the Escapist Magazine" recipe, and thought I'd share it with you. (It broke when they hit article 100000, because of how it was written.)

[edit] Well, when I say "minor bug", I'm saying that it was a trivial fix in the code. The current built-in recipe doesn't work at all, actually. The script would pull in random old articles instead of the correct ones. Not sure how to include this in the official release.
