Not Working: Foreign Affairs recipe

Hi all,

Updated to calibre 0.9.24 and Foreign Affairs recipe doesn't work anymore. It worked flawlessly on 0.9.17.

Here's the error message:

Use the builtin recipe not the custom one you are using, or fix your custom recipe to use
