"Collecting information... May take a min... Will restart when done"
Hi,

my Kindle paperwhite is giving me the following message every time I short-push the on-off button to enter the screensaver mode, and then restarts:

"Collecting information... May take a min... Will restart when done"

What is happening there, and why? How can I stop it from doing that?

This behavior is pre-defined by Amazon. Just stop short-pushing power button multiple times in a short period of time.

Reboot your kindle. Mine did this and after a restart it solved it.
