Can't add new kindle to "Manage Your Devices"
I go to the "Manage Your Devices" at amazon website, but it says

there was a brief flash of the "blank" devices list, but then it gets overwritten by the message above. how can I fix it? thanks

Did you register your new Kindle already? If not, register it first, then you should be able to see it under manage your device. If you did register it already, best to contact Kindle customer service for help.

You don't add a Kindle from "Manage Your Devices" screen on the Amazon web site, you do it from the Kindle itself. Just register it.

This is a relatively new change. In the past you were able to add a Kindle via the Manage Your Kindle page. Now it has to be done on the Kindle itself.
