No cover when using Send to Kindle
Since I want to use the KF8 & AZW formats, I've been using "send to Kindle" to my personal documents @ Amazon (Don't know why they won't sync if I load directly from Calibre, but it's a minor niggle). However, when I send to my Kindle app, there is no cover image.
Again, this is a minor niggle, but is there any way to get the cover added?
