Cover Image Doesn't Scale to Thumbnail

I am losing my mind trying to get this cover to appear correctly on Adobe Digital Editions, but I can't seem to do it.

I upload my cover (514x800 pixels) into Sigil and set the semantics to cover on both the html and jpg files. However, when I upload it to ADE to proof it, the thumbnail only shows a small portion of the cover. My cover image is practically the same size as the one in the Sigil user guide (which displays fine in ADE), so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Am I missing a step, or a line of code that tells it to scale down properly? This is what the code on the page looks like right now:

I mean, you should do it in the CSS, but...you get the drift. Try that and let us know if it works.

It did. And I applied it to the other pictures in my ebook, and now they're scaling properly as well. Thank you so much for the help!

I'm glad. I learned that, originally, from Liz Castro's "ePUB: Straight to the Point," and it's a cheap investment if you're going to build ePUBs. It's a bit out of date now, but for ePUB essentials, it's still the best book around.
