Calibre ePub doesn't work on LuLu?

When I try uploading an ePub that Calibre converted from HTML, here're the many errors I get:

Contains invalid creator XML. (Barnes & Noble)
Contains invalid publication date XML. (Barnes & Noble)
Contains invalid publisher XML. (Barnes & Noble)

How do I fix these errors?

I just answered my question. Apparently Jutoh has epubcheck built-in.
