Help in Font size

Font Size Change
Hi I hv updated caliber 8 to new version 9
I noticed that a book I converted has headings in a larger font size than they used to be.
I like the smaller sized headings -- or normal size font I wonder how I get them back?
Please provide full solution coz I hv tried look and feel but I didn't getting the normal setting

Some pictures of before/after would help. As well as what your pertinent specific calibre settings are.
