I am running Calibre 0.8.69 came home from work the other day to this error and am getting the following error on every book i try to add no matter what format it is in. I have tried deleting installation, all folders anywhere on my computer related to calibre/calibre2, reinstalled and still cant add them. I also have 19,240 books in my calibre library if that helps any, and I have about another 2000 to add but it wont let me.

That's an error trying to create a directory. You have some filesystem issues on F: drive. Google error code 82 you might get some help.
