Gene Wolfe, Books of the New/Long/Short Sun

At the end of last year Tor announced the release of 19 books from Gene Wolfe's backlist as ebooks, including Nightside the Long Sun.

The most recent addition became available last month, Calde of the Long Sun.

All of the Book of the New Sun and Book of the Short Sun series are available as ebooks, so now the only ones missing in the Book of the Long Sun series are #2 (Lake of the Long Sun) and #4 (Exodous of the Long Sun), hopefully they will not be too far away.

Edit: The cheapest I could find these books was at Diesel Ebooks (US), where the New and Short sun books are $8.21 ($9.99 elsewhere) and the Long Sun books are $6.57 ($7.99 elsewhere). But Gene Wolf's books are all bargains because you have to read them at least twice :-)

It looks like Tor have just lifted their geographic restrictions on Gene Wolfe's backlist ebooks!

Up until yesterday there were only a handful of titles available for sale outside US/Canada, but today it looks like all except the two Book of the New Sun omnibuses are available.

Good one, Tor! I've never been as much of a fan of the Long Sun/Short Sun series as of the New Sun cycle, but all the same, you can't pretend to know modern SF without coming to terms with Gene Wolfe. And this oeuvre needs to be available as widely as possible.

I inexplicably missed the last Long Sun book when they were originally published, and to this day I still don't know what happens. It would be nice to finally fill in that gap. I'll have to take a look later, and see if it lets me buy. Although I can't remember all that much of the first three, either.
