Convert to RTF: Two Issues

When I convert a file to RTF, sometimes the text becomes one huge chunk, without any paragraphs.

Also, the weight of the font becomes awkward. This happens with all book and the problem is that the third box of the format bar is empty, because if I select Western then the text becomes normal. I've tried to change the font family in Calibre and the output profile but I always get Times New Roman and the letters are very thin.

This is what I'm talking about:

RTF output is not maintained anymore. You aren't likely to get any help with it.

@over1 - from which format are you converting?

And, that tinypic server is dead - better use the forums attachment facility

Oh, I often do conversions to RTF - occasionally get garbage, but its always because the input is likewise

It happens with both epub and mobi. I haven't converted many books from lit or other formats but I don't think it ever happened. Once I found a mobi ebook that had no paragraph breaks but these other ones are ok.

I've uploaded the screen with this post. I can't find the edit button for the other message.
