Multiple margins in one line MOBI

I want to achieve this thing (as shown in image attached, three margins in one line )for MOBI format. I have successfully done this of epub but the same doesn't work for old mobi. I am using sigil for editing. I made an epub than i convert my epub to MOBI.

Can any one help?

Are you trying to use the multi-column approach, or a table?

AFAIK multi-column is only supported in CSS3, which Sigil doesn't do. Using tables would be acceptable because of the tabular data aspect of the information - but you would lose reflowability.
