Bluefire Reader Issue
I downloaded a book in my ipad (5.1.1) and tried opening in Blufire reader(1.9.2).
The book is downloaded but on opening the book, the black screen with a swirling circle is coming. I tried deleting the book and downloaded again. Then I cam across this link in google search http://www.bluefirereader.com/faq.htm where I found the following content which is similar to my issue. I see a wait spinner over the book page that will not go away. We have seen this issue too and are working on a fix for this bug. In the meantime, the fix is to quit the app and restart it. • Go to the home screen of your device by clicking the Home button • Bring up the list of recent apps by double-clicking the Home button • Touch and hold the icon for Bluefire Reader until the red circle appears and then tap the red circle • Click the Home button to return to the Home screen and restart Bluefire Reader The good news is that this does not seem to happen very often but when it does it is annoying. We should have a fix soon. But I tried this also. It is not working. Kindly help me out to get a solution for this. Thanks in advance. Jayashree |
