Personal documents syncing over two Kindles

			Hi there,

I have a quick question I hope someone can help me with. I have two kindles, each with their own @kindle.com email address. I have each address setup in Calibre to send ebooks to. If I use Calibre to send a new book to each of those addresses does that count as two separate books according to Amazon, and so the Last Read Position will not sync between them, or is it clever enough to know they are the exact same document? Should I instead just send it to one of them, and then use the Cloud / Archive feature on the other device to download that item? Rob |

I would use the Send To Kindle app to send the file. You can pick the Kindles to deliver to and whether to store it in the cloud or not. Calibre doesn't give you those options.

Yes, you should just send it to one Kindle, then retrieve it on the other Kindle from the Archives.
