How to add TOC to kindle E-book ?
Hi,
so I'm kind of new to this , and I'm working on a Kindle E-book using Microsoft office word 2007 . I inserted TOC , but the problem is : I don't know how to make the table appears without a blue underline when I preview it ! I know It's a hyperlink and it should look this way , but is there anyway I can remove the blue underline and still keep it as a lead-to link ? and another question if I can  : I saw some kindle E-books with a TOC that actually appears in a table , any idea how can I do this ? |
