template editor error

I got this error when I click the template editor button which in saving books to disk Options.

It's also have the same error with the saving books to device.

I have uninstalled and re-installed the Calibre, but still have the problem. Please consider of fixing it.

Confirmed, Seeing this on XP SP3 if you use the 'Editor' Button..

Note, you can still edit the template without using the 'editor'
