I have had Paul Allen's memoir Idea Man on my wish list for a while. It was just released as a paperback for $9.99 but the Kindle version is still $19.99, even higher than the paperback. This is a first for me. Can anyone with a US IP check if you have the same pricing_

I feel for you. I love memoirs and non fiction books, but they often seem to be quite a bit more. I paid over $30.00 once for one in kindle format just because I wanted to read it so bad. (The paper book was even more in this case) Hopefully they'll lower the price for you soon.

I also like bios and non-fiction books. Prices are sometimes cheaper on booksonboard or Kobo (using a coupon code) than on Amazon, so shopping around is worthwhile.

In India Kindle store it's 11.79$.
P.S. It's a really inspiring read though...
