can't get Qorganizer to run

Hi folks,

is there anyone who has the Qorganizer running?
I unzip the package in the applications directory (69 files) and changed the qorganizer.app so that it pointed to /mnt/ext1 instead to the SD card directory.
However after starting it ends immediately with the following error on terminal:

bash-4.1$ ./qorganizer.app
QIconvCodec::convertFromUnicode: using Latin-1 for conversion, iconv_open failed
QIconvCodec::convertToUnicode: using Latin-1 for conversion, iconv_open failed
Failed to load platform plugin "pocketbook". Available platforms are:

Aborted
bash-4.1$

It looks to me that there is a general problem, isn't it? So I wonder if there is somebody who has it got running.
Any idea whats going wrong here? May be it is a useful information: I use the Pro612.

It looks like it's missing a plugin. You should make sure that the plugins are copied over to some directory, and that the QT_PLUGIN_PATH environmental variable points to it.
