Just FYI, I'm going to be traveling for the next week, with only sporadic internet access, so I wont be answering many questions I would have normally addressed.

Also, there most likely will not be a calibre release this week.

I've returned, unfortunately, I hurt my back on the trip. The amount of time I can spend upright is rather limited, which means I am still going to be only sporadically available for a few more days.

There will be a calibre release this Friday. Fortunately, I can do a release lying down

Yeah, I'm using a hot pad, no tubs in my house unfortunately.

You are to young to have back problems. It is time to start with yoga or pilates. Pilates has helped me and my back pains for a long time.

My back problems are the result of a sports injury I've had them since I was 15.
