Actually, after reading a number of reviews, I decided to pick up the complete omnibus instead of just the first book. If I like the first book (which I am so far), it'll probably save me money if I had to pick up each individual book.

Yeah, I did not notice the omnibus till after I bought the first book. However, the fact is that I could not have afforded the omnibus anyhow at this juncture and at least will get to try the series out. Of course, going forward it would make far more sense to buy the omnibus that to purchase the books individually (at the current pricing structure). Who knows though, maybe before that becomes an issue (and assuming I enjoy the first one enough to care) I'll find great deals on the other two...
