Hello
Came along a couple of weeks ago looking for a place with eBooks and stumbled on this great forum. I was looking for some books by C.S. Lewis and sure enough it was here. About the time I was going to post here, a bunch of my files went corrupt and I've spent about a week getting things straightened again.

My name is John, and I live in the Hudson Valley. I have always liked books, had Library cards from the 3 library systems in NYC when I lived there so that I could always find a good book. They have a great library system here too. Married to a Librarian who is even more fond of books than I am.

We both have Nook tablets.

What a great site this is. I have enjoyed going through the books here, much as I did going through the stacks at The Strand and Barnes and Noble in NYC. In the East Village, there was also a great bookstore on E. 8th St. A lot of interesting books from the 40s right up until the 00s.

My favorite genres are Mystery, SciFi and Action.

Hello John. It appears you are always close to books. Having a librarian as your spouse must be very handy -- you don't have to ask your computer anymore.
