Hypenation, pagination, and footnotes
My family has Nooks (ST, STG). We have some common points when reading that we'd like to see addressed: poor hyphenation, no dynamic pagination, no dynamic footnote placement.
Are there any e-readers or e-reader software that has: - excellent automatic hyphenation - dynamic page numbering (e.g. responding to changes in font size changes or margin changes) - keeping footnotes anchored at the bottom of the page / screen where they are referenced? We like the Nook hardware, so rooting and installing different reading software could be the best way to go, if such software exists. But if we need to move to another hardware platform, that's fine too. |
