Stalled at 'Converting input to HTML...'

I am trying to convert a PDF of one of my textbooks to EPUB for a better viewing experience on my iPad. It is a physics textbook, about 1500 pages long, and contains a lot of images. The status says "Converting input to HTML..." and has been at 1% of that status for over 200 minutes now. I did not know if it would just take an extremely long amount of time since it is a large PDF, but I have read in other threads that this length of time is fairly uncommon. It has not crashed. Let it run... It may take HOURS (24 is not unheard of for really complex coding (that you can't see))

Thanks for the fast reply theducks! I checked it just a few minutes ago and the status changed to "Working..." and the progress jumped up to 47%.
