Walmart's current weekly ad (page 6) has the Kindle 4 w/ Special Offers on sale for an effective price of $49. You pay $79 and get a free $30 gift card which can be used immediately for other purchases.

They had the same sale last 29 Apr ~ 05 May 2012. I picked up several.
