Pocket EDGE won't start the OS
Well I'm in trouble, my Pocket EDGE was turned off, I plugged a pendrive on the USB slot and turned it on, then after a few minutes I realized that it wasn't starting the OS, it was loading the Pocket EDGE Screen again and again, the only way to stop it was to use the reset button.
I'm not sure if the problem was to turn on the device with the USB plugged, is the first time that the device has this behavior and I don't know what to do, help please... |

Do you know what version of Android you were running? Try flashing it with the update.zip version of that OS. If it was running Dingo or Ermine neither one of those updates should wipe your data. See this thread: https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=170511

Thanks obsessed2, the only way to make it work was flashing the device. I followed this tutorial:

Glad you recovered your eDGe. Sorry about the data loss. The procedure you followed was for a complete OS restore. The link I provided was an example of a owner who was having problems with their eDGe and an OS update (not a complete restore) fixed it. An OS update will not cause data loss. You should have tried the OS update first and if it didn't work proceeded with a complete OS restore.
